  1. I stayed at your Neenah location on October 6 I booked and paid through hotels.com but was also charged at your hotel, I didn’t know until I looked at my credit card. I called the first time and they said they will look into it but didn’t get a call back called a second time they saw what happened and said they removed the charge, I waited a week called back and asked for the manager left a message and no call back, I called again spoke to the very rude manager I believe named Robin and was never treated so rudely, all I want is the charge removed I don’t know why it takes 4 calls and being treated so badly when it was their mistake. I’m not sure I’m sending this to the right person if not could you pass it along.
